Canyelles Petites - Roses. 65 m² apartment with spectacular sea views and 17 m² terrace, 4 min. from the beach, WIFI, barbecue, garage and TDT channels. Very quiet location in a three-storey vacation villa.
The apartment is located on the beach of Canyelles Petites, 280 meters away. It enjoys magnificent panoramic views and a pleasant, quiet location. Ideal for families with children.
The accommodation has a built area of 70 m² and a 17 m² terrace and offers 5 sleeping possibilities, maximum 4 adults.
2 double bedrooms, 1 living room with fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, utensils, etc. Bathroom with bath and shower and additional toilet.
On the terrace you'll find an outdoor table, chairs and deckchairs. A barbecue is available in the outdoor area.
The apartment has a garage and is equipped with French satellite TV. We have recently upgraded the entire WIFI Internet access service, maximizing bandwidth, currently available to the maximum possible in the area.
Canyelles Petites beach, in Roses, is a south-facing beach and therefore protected from the tramontana. It is located at the southern end of Cap de Creus. Unlike the larger beaches of Roses, the cliffs that line Canyelles also give it a flourishing beauty, which is not at odds with the many villas clinging to the slopes.
