This fantastic villa is located in the urbanization of Sa Torre, located on the cliff and with a spectacular view of the bay of Palma. The outdoor part offers a beautiful pool, a solarium with sea views, a lawn area with an outdoor shower where you can cool off and sunbathe. It also has a second outdoor area with a covered terrace furnished with sofas and a dining area where you can enjoy and shelter from the heat. The interior of the villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, of which the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that gives direct access to the terrace and the pool. In total there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1.
