The rural coach house offers plenty of space, both inside and outside. The large meadow by the stream, which you can reach with a few steps across the road with little traffic, offers those seeking peace and quiet an ideal place to relax, children can discover a lot here, but also play and romp. There are opportunities for campfires and barbecues, and a covered terrace offers shade and protection from rain showers.
In the little-known Windecker-Ländchen, between Bergisches Land and Westerwald, the Kutscherhaus offers a wide variety of holiday opportunities for those looking for relaxation, as well as for active people and nature lovers. Hiking on the Siegsteig just a few meters away, cycling and many opportunities for outdoor sports, such as mountain biking in the Nutscheid forests and canoeing on the Sieg, to name just a few options. In addition, Cologne and Bonn are easily accessible by car or train. (Eitorf and Herchen train stations are each approx. 8 minutes away by car). Supermarkets, bakers, banks are approx. 5 km away, a swimming pool with a slide approx. 7 km away.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, so that a total of 6 sleeping places are available. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an additional sofa corner and the kitchen, on the first floor you can reach the bedrooms and bathrooms through the very large "barn room" with lots of comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Due to the generous space, a book exchange cabinet and some board games, you can stay in the house for a long time even on rainy days.
The coach house was lovingly and extensively renovated from 2021-23 and now combines the charm of an old house with its 'rough edges' with the comfort of modern accommodation. Plenty of space for every weather condition and season.
