Villa Seychelles
Villa Seychelles is a wonderful and spacious villa, located in one of the best areas of the Algarve, just a few minutes from the fantastic praia da Falésia.
It houses 5 bedrooms, heatable swimming pool, barbecue, Wi-FI and a central AC system.
This stunning property, with 5 bedrooms, offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation, such as a private pool, barbecue to prepare your delicious meals, WI-FI and air conditioning, making this Villa the Top choice to spend quality time in the Algarve.
Upon arrival to the property, you will find the fantastic gardens, which lead to the entrance door of the Villa.
The ground floor houses 2 of the 5 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both en-suite.
The bright dining and living area, open space, has a table and chairs so you can enjoy meals with family or friends, while the living room has sofas where you can relax or watch your favorite TV shows.
On this same floor, you will also find WC and the kitchen. In the kitchen , fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking at home during your stay, such as stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In this room there is also a washing machine, ,as well as, an iron and ironing board.
The first floor of this spacious Villa you can find the remaining two bedrooms, both with a double bed and en-suite.
In the annex, located on the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds and equipped with portable AC.
On the top floor the fantastic terrace will be the best spot to enjoy the best views.
Last but not least, the exterior, with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor.
The verdant gardens and the private swimming pool will delight everyone and perfect for cooling off during hot sunny days and sunbeds to enjoy the wonderful Sun in the Algarve.
The barbecue and the outdoor table complete this perfect holiday retreat, where you can enjoy meals overlooking the pool.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 10 people.
The 11th and 13th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
