- Shower room with toilet, shared between bedroom 2 and 3 with dual access.

On the 2nd floor:

- A covered area with a large table for summer outdoor meals that we love so much, sheltered from heat or occasional rain... and a garden furniture set.

Cross-country skiing or sledging in the family ski resort of the Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent the ski equipment in our partners shop in Sévrier (5mns away)
- Cross-country or skiing is also possible in the famous ski resort around Annecy, as La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns), Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (1 hour).
- Snowshoe tours on the Semnoz
