In a quiet location between Angers, La Flèche and Tours, this bright, comfortable gîte is ideal for 6 people.
Completely renovated in 2023, you'll be accommodated in this 70s house with a large garage on the ground floor and the living rooms on the second floor. An ideal place for bikers!
[SIGHTSEEING / ACTIVITIES] Spend a pleasant day at the La Flèche Zoo, less than 30 minutes away, which boasts 1,500 animals from Asia, Africa and America (discounted admission available in the gîte). Baugé-en-Anjou, 20 minutes away, also offers interesting sights, including the 1675 apothecary and the Château de Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. The vineyards of Saumur, Bourgueil and Chinon are also nearby. Tours 50 min away, Angers 1 hr.
On 1st floor, bright living room with unobstructed views of the countryside to the east and west. Comfortable dining area, small living room with connected TV, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Direct access from the living room to the 30 m² terrace on stilts. At night : 3 bedrooms (from 8.6 to 10m²) each with 1 bed 140 x 190cm. The third bedroom also features a 90x190cm bunk bed. Bathroom with vanity unit and large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Garden furniture is available to enjoy the lovely view over the fields from the terrace. In case of hot weather, a second set of garden furniture is available under the terrace to enjoy a shady spot on the garden level.
The outside area, currently under development, comprises 180m² of garden and 120m² of gravelled area. The 70m² garage is ideal for motorcyclists or cyclists to store their equipment safely. It's also the perfect place for little ones to play in case of rain.
Parking on the property for 3 to 4 vehicles. Fully enclosed garden with gate. Fiber-optic wifi Internet access. Baby equipment with cot, nomad seat and changing table. Not included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning: €80 / bathroom linen rental: €5/pers. / bed linen rental: €10/bed.
