Welcome to Castiglione! A large, luxurious and modern Scandinavian-designed penthouse in San Pedro's best location, just a few meters from Puerto Banus and the beach!
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest, i.e. 29 years or older, and accept all house rules. Castiglione is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes at any time, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright and spacious penthouse located in a frontline beach complex with direct beach access and walking distance to everything! The promenade is just outside and the nearest supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the restaurants around the corner. The center of San Pedro is just a 10-minute walk away, and Puerto Banus is a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
The San Pedro beach promenade also offers a wide choice of restaurants and several children's playgrounds. The apartment itself is modern and fully decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is spread over 2 floors and a large roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Jacuzzi.
On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms divided into different areas, all with en-suite bathrooms!
On the upper floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room decorated with luxury furniture and sofas as well as a TV and dining area. The large roof terrace offers an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Jacuzzi, dining furniture, sun loungers and a sitting area. The apartment has fiber-optic Internet access and central hot and cold air conditioning. For people traveling with children or those who want to be close to the beach and not have to use a car all the time, this is the ideal location. There is an elevator in the building and 1 private parking space outside the property in the gated community. . Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols provided in the complex. The property's maintenance manager, Antonio, comes in twice a week to water the plants on the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and pass to the terrace. This service is compulsory during your stay at our property.
Check-in after 9:00 pm will be organized as an automatic check-in.
