The Los Pinos urbanization is a well-maintained, high-level complex and is a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright 3-bedroom apartment with unobstructed valley views located in the quiet Los Arqueros neighborhood.
The apartment comprises 3 large bedrooms with fitted closets and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom with a double bed has its own small, comfortable terrace. The third bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person, as it has been converted into a study with desk and chair.
From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace with dining area, its south-western orientation allowing you to enjoy the sunset over the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. There's a separate utility room with laundry facilities.
Not ideal for people with reduced mobility as there is a staircase to access the apartment.
The 2 communal pools (one heated) and well-kept gardens offer a tranquil environment in which to relax and enjoy the complex. Parking space available in front of the unit block.
Just 3 minutes away in Halcones, you'll find cafés, traditional pubs and a supermarket.
Yet Los Arqueros is close to Marbella's beaches, shops and entertainment without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. San Pedro (stores) and the beach are a 10-minute drive away, and the famous Puerto Banus, with its splendid yachts and designer boutiques, is only a 15-minute drive away.
