Welcome to Azahara 1
Azahara is a well-maintained, upscale complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests wishing to book this charming three-bedroom duplex with open-plan kitchen/living room in the heart of the Nueva Andalucia golf valley, in the popular Azahara 1 complex, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the other has a single bed, so it will sleep a total of 5 people. The kitchen overlooks the pool. On the second floor is the third bedroom and the roof terrace with spectacular views of the Aloha golf course, the sea and the mountains. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay. It features air conditioning and free wifi. Guests have access to everything in the complex, covered parking and a large communal saltwater pool that's also child-friendly.
With stores, restaurants and other amenities just a few minutes' walk away, a car isn't necessarily necessary here, but to get to the nearest beach, which is in Puerto Banus, it's a 5-6 minute drive. There's a bus stop right in front, on the street leading to it.
Not ideal for people with reduced mobility as it is on the second floor with no elevator.
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 29 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
