Large townhouse in La Heredia
The La Heredia urbanization is a high-level, well-maintained complex and a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the environment. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright and spacious townhouse in the picturesque La Heredia neighborhood with stunning views across the Mediterranean Sea to the Moroccan coast. This spacious Scandinavian-designed property is spread over two floors with a large terrace on each level. There are two spacious bedrooms with access to its terraces. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with two queen beds (140 cm wide each) has the bathroom just outside its door. And the third bedroom, which is a perfect children's room with children's toys and decorations, has a 90 cm single bed. There's a smaller toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for a perfect vacation stay. From the covered terrace with dining area, barbecue and wine fridge, you can enjoy the long summer evenings. On the other large terrace there are two deckchairs and a seating area. The house has off-street parking (1-2 cars). The village has two swimming pools, one of which is heated. The community is gated and guarded.
Just a 2-minute walk from the house, you'll find a café, an award-winning butcher and a traditional British pub. The village enjoys an ideal location as it is only a few minutes' drive from the AP7 toll freeway. San Pedro beach is a 10-minute drive away, Puerto Banus a 13-minute drive and Marbella a 16-minute drive. Check-in after 9:00 pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
