Agrupadas is a well-maintained, high standard complex and is a quiet, family-friendly community to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this elegant, modern apartment with Scandinavian design. Here, you're within walking distance of Central Plaza and just minutes from Puerto Banus and the beach. Agrupadas is a beautiful, typical Spanish-style complex and a quiet, family-friendly community. The apartment is spread over 2 floors and has a private terrace with no view of the neighbors. From the gate, there's easy access to the second floor where you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom with its bathroom right next door. It has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room with dining area. In addition, there's a sunny, comfortable terrace with a group of lounges. On the top floor, there's a master bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom. The apartment has a fiber-optic Internet connection and central hot and cold air conditioning.
