Welcome to Alcores del Golf
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest aged 29 or over and acceptance of all house rules, neighbors and nearby homes.
Los Alcores is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this penthouse with an excellent location and views of the Los Naranjos golf course and the famous La Concha mountain. This split-level apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two spacious terraces with outdoor kitchen and dining furniture. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, sun loungers, Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace among the outdoor sofas. The first-floor terrace is divided into two parts, with the dining table on one side and the jacuzzi and deckchairs on the other. The first-floor terrace has its own door opening onto the kitchen. The living room and kitchen are connected and feature a dining table for 6. The living room has a large sofa in front of a connected TV and an open fire. There's also a Sonos system in the apartment so you can easily connect your phone and listen to music. All bedrooms have queen-size double beds. The first bedroom is on the second floor with a beautiful view of La Concha. The second bedroom has the same view, also on the second floor, with a balcony connected to the room. The master bedroom on the second floor is connected to the large terrace. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower.
Alcores del Golf is a small, gated complex with camera surveillance and daytime concierge. It has 4 communal swimming pools and private parking in a garage. From Alcores, golf courses such as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha Club are just a few minutes away. Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes away by car and the center of Marbella is around 15 minutes away by car. In Puerto Banus, you have everything, from the magnificent beach to restaurants, luxury boutiques and small stores.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is located on the third floor without an elevator.
In this property the maintenance Jesus between twice a week to water the plants of the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and go to the terrace. This service is mandatory during your stay at our property.
