Los Naranjos is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet, family-friendly community to come and relax and enjoy. the surrounding area. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. This is a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. But for relaxed guests wishing to book this beautiful, large 1-bedroom apartment located in Los Naranjos, within walking distance. to Puerto Banus and a 5-minute drive to the beach, it's an ideal place for couples or friends traveling together!
The property benefits from a Scandinavian redecoration, offering guests comfort and fresh accommodation consisting of 1 large bedroom with TV closet and en-suite bathroom. The living room leads to the first terrace and upstairs you have the roof terrace for dining and barbecue. From this terrace you have beautiful south-west facing views over the gardens, communal pool and mountains.
In the complex there's a swimming pool and a supermarket (Mercadona) as well as several cafés and restaurants. There is off-street parking and public transport (bus) just a few minutes' walk away.
