To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest aged 29 or over and acceptance of all house rules, neighbors and nearby houses.

Sol y Paz is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests should be aware that parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests, don't hesitate to book this incredible ground-floor apartment with a perfect location and within walking distance of Puerto Banus, well-known restaurants and its surroundings. It has four bedrooms, three of them with queen-size beds and the last bedroom with two single beds. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and perfect for a family of up to 8 people. It has a beautiful layout with kitchen and living room connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. There is dining furniture both inside and out. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From the living room, you'll have access to a large terrace with dining area and sitting area perfect for a barbecue. The apartment features wifi, smart TV and air conditioning. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool.
There is street parking in front of the door where guests can park. From this apartment, you can easily walk to Puerto Banus where you'll find the beautiful beach, stores, harbor and restaurants.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
No youth groups are accepted. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for any young group.
