Los Jardines is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this modern, Scandinavian-style apartment in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, just a stone's throw from Puerto Banus! The three-bedroom apartment has a large terrace with plenty of space, attractive outdoor furniture and a Jacuzzi. With your own terrace, you can easily relax in private, but you can also choose to take a dip in the communal pool. The apartment has a spacious open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and connected to the living room. The living room has a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, dining table and direct access to the terrace.
