Welcome to Aloha Pueblo,
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person 25 years or older and acceptance of all house rules.
Aloha Pueblo is a well-maintained, upscale complex and is a quiet, family-friendly community to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. It comprises a master bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a sleeping area with two single trundle beds (sleeps 2), this area can be courtesy covered for added privacy. There's also a bathroom.
It also has two private terraces. A covered one on the lower floor with a sitting area and a roof terrace as big as the whole apartment. The roof terrace has a lounge and dining area and has generous space for 6 people comfortably. It also has a retractable shade cover that covers almost the entire terrace. This makes the roof terrace a living room during the day, and in the evening it can be used as an open-air area. Which is really nice.
The urbanization is unfenced, but has a security guard. The complex includes stores, bars and a café. There's a communal swimming pool just a few meters from the entrance to this apartment. It is important to note that there are steps to access the apartment (also inside the property to access the roof terrace), so it may not be ideal for people with reduced mobility. There is no private parking, but guests can park in the complex in the available parking spaces or on the street.
This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring houses. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. But for relaxed guests who want to book this very large and spacious open plan partially renovated with new appliances and furniture.
From Aloha Pueblo by car, it takes 5 minutes to reach Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to the center of Marbella. It's also a short distance from Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.
Check-in after 9:00 pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
