To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 25 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
La Quinta is a well-maintained, high-level complex and is a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright, modern apartment with a large terrace and beautiful unobstructed views of the valley and golf course located in the quiet neighborhood of La Quinta. The apartment comprises 2 large bedrooms with fitted closets, one of which has an en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is smaller, without wardrobes, but has a large double bed. The open-plan kitchen/living room leads out onto the spacious terrace with dining area for 6 and sitting area. Superb sea views on sunny days! Fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. Private parking is available under the roof just outside the door and you don't need to go up/down any stairs to access the apartment, however, the communal pool is at the bottom of the stairs. Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool.
La Quinta is close to the beach, shops and entertainment without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A quiet, leafy family neighborhood with unobstructed views of the golf course and sea. La Quinta country club golf course and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away (600 m). San Pedro (stores) and the beach are 5.5 km away, about 10 minutes by car.
Check-in after 9 p.m. will be organized as an automatic check-in.
