To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 25 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
Azahara is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright and spacious contemporary apartment with open-plan kitchen/living room in the heart of the Nueva Andalucia golf valley, in the popular Azahara 1 complex. The apartment is a first floor with a raised covered terrace. It's on the front line of the Aloha golf course, with magnificent unobstructed views of the famous La Concha mountain, the sea and the golf course. With its south-east orientation, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Both bedrooms have double beds and built-in wardrobes, and there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay. It has central air conditioning and WiFi, as well as a Chrome Cast TV for streaming. Guests have access to a large communal saltwater pool, which is also child-friendly, and covered parking. Restaurants and other amenities are just a few minutes' walk away,
however, Puerto Banus' nearest beach, or its center, is a 5-6 minute drive from this apartment. There's a bus stop right in front, on the street leading down to Puerto Banus.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
