To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest, aged 25 or over and accepting all house rules. Azahara is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who wish to book this two-bedroom apartment located in the popular Azahara 1 complex with magnificent views of the Aloha golf club, the famous La Concha mountain and partial sea views from the covered terrace and with everything you need for a relaxing vacation just a few steps away.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open-plan living and dining room that opens onto the terrace. It also has a small private roof terrace. In the enclosed complex, there is a community swimming pool (salt water) suitable for children and the apartment includes private parking under the roof. The apartment is fully equipped as a vacation home. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find stores, restaurants and a paddle/tennis club. A car isn't necessarily needed here, but the nearest beach in Puerto Banus is a 5-minute drive away. There's also a bus stop right in front of the street that you can easily catch.
Not ideal for people with reduced mobility as there is a staircase to access the apartment.
From Azahara 1 (Casa Concha), it's a 5-minute drive to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to the center of Marbella, where you'll find everything from restaurants to the magnificent beach, stores and boutiques. If you fancy a game of golf, you're close to popular courses such as Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.
