To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest, 29 years or older, and accept all house rules. Los Belvederes is a well-maintained, top-class complex and a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes at any time, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
