If you're looking for a small, comfortable haven of peace, close to the sea and the marine lake, in a magnificent setting, you've come to the right place!
Our farmhouse has just been completely renovated.
The thatched-roof house is inspired by the architecture of the old fishermen's cottages typical of the Catalan region.
It has a surface area of 41 m² and comprises two bedrooms:
- A master suite with high-quality 160x200 bedding for added comfort, a closet and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
- A double bedroom with two 90x190 beds, closet and chest of drawers. Next to this bedroom is a private shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, and separate WC.
Each room is equipped with comforters, pillows and plaids.
Linen rental (sheets and towels) is available on request.
The fitted kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, microwave, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, fan-assisted oven, three-burner induction hob, hood, toaster, kettle, programmable filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, table for 4 and 4 chairs.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, nesting coffee tables and TV.
All rooms benefit from air conditioning (ducted system for silent, comfortable use) and private wifi.
Board games and books for all ages are available.
You'll also find a bagless vacuum cleaner.
The 250 m² grounds are bordered by hedges. You can have lunch or relax on the deckchairs, sheltered by one of the two magnificent pine trees that provide pleasant shade in summer.
L'île des pêcheurs is an unspoilt area, surrounded by the Etang de Leucate, a unique bird sanctuary classified as a Natura 2000 reserve. You're just a few minutes' walk from the banks of the marine lake, where you can stroll, swim or paddle, and less than 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car from the sea.
Please note: to avoid the dreaded summer traffic jams, we rent from Sunday to Sunday in July and August.
For your information, linen rental (towel + bed made up on arrival) is available on request: €25/person. A cleaning package is also available for €80.

- 3 swimming pools: a large pool, a small heated pool, a paddling pool with a small slide (free access, from May 15 to September 15*),
