The residence has a large swimming pool with two pools and deckchairs available, as well as a restaurant, green spaces, children's games, ping-pong table, pétanque courts, laundromat, tennis / basketball / tennis court. football, and private access to the sea in less than 10 minutes on foot!
Parking is free in the secure residence closed by an automatic gate.
Access to the swimming pool is carried out using bracelets that you will have in your possession.

For sleeping arrangements, the bedroom has two single 90x190 bunk beds, and the living room has a convertible sofa for two people.
