In Comps, in the golden triangle of Nimes Avignon Arles, we offer this charming air-conditioned loft with private swimming pool, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a large living room opening directly onto the pool, a fully-equipped kitchenette, an open-plan bedroom area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with loft-style industrial chic decor, double sofa bed and dining area
- A small kitchen with countertop, including electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee maker and fridge.
- Open-plan pool-access bedroom with double bed and TV (Orange TV and Netflix)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 4.50x2.20m city pool, shared with the owners (unheated) and available all year round. It is protected by a cover with bars. The pool is open at all times and lit in the evening. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A shared garden of approx. 600 m² with the owners, comprising three terraces: one in front of the pool with a dining table, a shaded terrace with private garden furniture, and a solarium with 2 deckchairs. All not overlooked.
For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette and fondue machines, board games.
The property is located in the golden triangle of Nîmes Avignon Arles, around 25 km from each city. Comps is a small Provencal village 10 minutes from the Pont du Gard. You'll be close to all the essential shops.
Activities: cultural visits, greenway, hiking or biking, canoeing and kayaking nearby.
