A large chlorine pool -10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep- invites you to cool off. It is surrounded by a large grassy area. There are 8 hammocks to enjoy the sun. They can play a game of billiards or tennis since, behind a beautiful wall next to the pool, a court awaits them. There are even rackets and balls. There is an outside bathroom with a shower. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a beautiful kitchen-living-dining room with A/C, designed so that you can watch a movie on satellite TV or on DVD while cooking and preparing the table. To prepare your best recipes, they have a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room completes its equipment with A / C and fireplace to acclimatize the environment according to the season in which they stay. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At this height, they have two bathrooms with bathtubs and three bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the garden, two with fans. One of them has two single beds and the others have a double bed. Going up the stairs, you access two more bedrooms, both with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The property is located about 500m from the urban area of Lloseta, an inland town, known for its mythical cake called 'Cardenal'. Here they find a supermarket, small grocery stores, train station and some bars. A couple of km away they reach the city of Inca, ideal for shopping, eating in a good traditional restaurant or visiting the Thursday market. The Sierra de Tramuntana offers charming trails such as Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. If you prefer to travel by car to villages like no other, you can visit Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. The closest beach is that of Puerto de Alcúdia, about 29.5 km away and which belongs to the Bay of Alcúdia, an extensive beach of white sand and crystal clear waters.
