Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property, in a very quiet, panoramic position, features a large, fully fenced, private lawn garden overlooking the surrounding countryside and hills, and magnificent oak forests. The swimming pool, which measures 12x6 and varies in depth from 1.2 to 1.6 meters, is located close to the house, in a sunny position with exceptional panoramic views. The paved solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and hot/cold water showers. From the kitchen, access to a patio with gazebo equipped with table and chairs, and a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and barbecues, for pleasant moments of relaxation. Loggia with seating area. Table tennis and table soccer available.
Interiors
During the renovation, the traditional architectural elements of the Sienese Chianti region were recovered, including exposed stonework, beamed and raftered ceilings and terracotta floors. The house is laid out on two levels. On the first floor, the main entrance opens onto a luminous dining room with French windows leading to the equipped loggia and garden. Separated by a door, we find the well-equipped kitchen leading to the patio, with gazebo equipped for lunches and pleasant moments of relaxation. Still on the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower (one with washing machine).
The second floor features a bright living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers.
Location
The house is located on a hilltop (700 meters above sea level), in the upper part of the Chianti hills, an hour's drive from Florence and Siena. The house enjoys total privacy and tranquility, with a splendid view over the woods and, in the distance, as far as Siena.

Casale Montelucci is equipped with Wi fi internet connection, air conditioning, wood pellet central heating, cot and high chair, courtesy set in bathrooms, mosquito nets on bedroom windows.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, water, gas (excluding heating), electricity (excluding air conditioning). Cooking lessons, cooks and household help available on request and payable on site.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 30/9. Check-in is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you wish to check in after 9:00 pm, a surcharge of €30.00 will apply.
Pets allowed against payment. Access to the house via 600 meters of dirt road in good condition.

The house is an excellent base for visiting the main cities of the region, such as Siena and Florence, or the ancient villages and castles of the noble Florentine and Sienese families. Tours and tastings at Chianti farms and wineries, horseback riding, excursions and trekking are also available.
