This magnificent architect-designed house is arranged over 3 floors, each with its own terrace!
On the ground floor, you'll find a master suite (160 cm bed), opening onto an intimate terrace, shower room (Italian shower), dressing room and separate toilet.
On the second floor, the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, nespresso, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opens onto a lovely living room with dining area. Once again, you'll enjoy a magnificent terrace for summer meals.
On the 2nd floor, you'll enjoy 2 double bedrooms (140 cm and 160 cm beds) and a bathroom (bath with WC) located between the two bedrooms.
Last but not least, the 3rd floor boasts a roof terrace with a 3-seater Jacuzzi for relaxing after a day's work or sightseeing.
You'll be just a stone's throw from transport and cultural sites:
Tramway (Place de la Victoire) at 100 meters away, Saint-Jean train station 10/12 minutes on foot or accessible by bus line 1 from the Capucins stop (5 minutes on foot).
Bordeaux-M?rignac airport accessible by line 1 bus or direct Vcub shuttle bus 20 meters away, Cath?drale Saint-Michel, the Grosse Cloche, the famous Capucins market, the best wine bars and quayside...
Whatever you want to do, nothing is too far away, and you can do it all on foot.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Mandatory final swim by a professional service provider: €100
Additional bed linen & towels, rented from a 3-bed launderer: €50 (pre-made beds, sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases, large towels, small towels, bath mat, tea towels).
HEATING in winter period (from October to the end of April): a meter reading will be carried out on entry and exit: 50kwh/day included, beyond that, payment of the supplement at the regulated rate, or prepayment on the guarantee deposit. (For all stays of less than 14 nights)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit (600?) is always required on arrival, and returned (if no problem) after departure. It can be paid in FR cheque (not cashed), credit card (card imprint).
LONG-TERM STAYS (more than 14 nights)
* A set-up fee is charged for apartment preparation (100?) + linen and towels (50?).
* Final cleaning is your responsibility: you must leave the apartment as clean as it was on arrival.
*Heating: from the first night, electricity and/or gas costs are charged, payment at the current rate, or in advance on the security deposit.
* Guarantee deposit fixed according to the duration of the stay (between ?400 and ?1000)
