Gîté set in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse, surrounded by nature and close to the owners' home.
On the first floor, the open-plan living room offers a pleasant sitting area, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave) in pastel colors, and a dining area. A full bathroom (shower, wc) is accessible from the living room.
The large bay window opens onto the enclosed, south-facing garden.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, a second bedroom with 1 single bed 160x200 and a master bedroom with 1 single bed 160x200, its own bathroom (shower and washbasin) and separate toilet.
A terrace with garden table and benches, wooden armchairs, a SPA accessible only for weekly rentals, and a bowling green (boules provided) to take full advantage of the beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful surroundings. Plancha and barbecue.
