I rent by the week all year round an atypical duplex apartment in the heart of the very pretty and very dynamic town of Dénia - Costa Blanca.
This apartment in the city center is also located 10 minutes walk from a pretty beach. It is very well equipped and can accommodate 4 people (2 150 cm beds). It has air conditioning and a pretty intimate terrace. It is very close to the castle and Calle Loreto well known for its many restaurants. Dénia is a festive city. In March the whole Valencian celebrates the fallas for almost 3 weeks. These are singular festivities to see absolutely. Dénia is opposite Ibiza and Formontera and the daily rotations are very numerous (2 hours by ferry to Ibiza). Magnificent walks or bike rides on the Montgo (mountain of Denia) and along this beautiful coast (las Rotes). Not far away are the towns of Calpe, Benidorm, Valencia, Alicante, Javea, among others. Andalusia is 2 hours away and Madrid 5 hours.
NB: the price per night is for 2 people. Per additional person 15 euros per night (additional charge). Reservation for 1 week minimum. On request, household help can be provided during the stay. In addition, a flat rate of 40 euros will be requested per week for air conditioning, electricity being very expensive in Spain.
