This pleasant single-storey home features a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area opening onto a large living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and Canal+. The first sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. Next to the bedrooms is a shower room with walk-in shower and double basin, plus separate WC. A second sleeping area is available in the other wing of the house, with a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a bathroom with WC and shower. Baby equipment on request: baby bath, cot, high chair. Between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, come and recharge your batteries in this house lovingly restored by Martine and Jean-Louis. You'll appreciate the two terraces: one to the west with garden furniture and a covered patio with two armchairs. The second terrace is at the rear of the house, to the east, and features garden furniture, a lounge, a barbecue and an awning. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is at their disposal in the garden adjoining the gîte. It is open from June to the end of September, heated, brominated, 8.40mx4m and 1.50m deep, and secured by a fence. In addition, you can enjoy a private Jacuzzi in the veranda inside the gîte (accessible only on request, at an additional cost).
