Exclusive use property
Exclusive-use bungalow with swimming pool, able to accommodate 10 people with 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, convertible into 2-bed rooms, with air conditioning. Guests have access to an enclosed garden, gazebo, portable barbecue, outdoor breakfast table, sun beds, TV, internet connection, crib and high chair. Parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villino Stregatta is located in the countryside, in a residential area, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with an in-ground swimming pool measuring 10x4 with a depth that varies from 0.80 to 2.20 meters, equipped with 10 sunbeds, an external solar shower with hot water production, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and a portable barbecue. Near the house, in a separate room, we find the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and sink. About 300 meters away is the hotel and restaurant belonging to the same owners. All external areas are well maintained and tended, and the garden is fully fenced with wire netting and a gate. Parking is located inside the property.
Interiors
The pavilion has been transformed from a family home into tourist accommodation, while keeping intact the original structure dating back to the 1970s.
A glass door leads from the garden to the first floor, which opens onto a living room with sofas and a convenient coin-operated vending machine, a dining room with direct access to the outside, and a well-equipped kitchen. A double bedroom (with separate beds on request and TV) with en-suite bathroom and shower, and 1 service bathroom complete the first floor.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the second floor, which can be accessed via an external staircase formerly used as the main entrance. Here we find 4 double bedrooms (with divisible beds on request), all with TV and private bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and courtesy sets.
Location
Located in a residential area in the countryside, 5 km from Fucecchio. Its history is closely linked to the Via Francigena, which crosses the Arno on its way to Valdelsa.
