Tastefully furnished, detached Sologne house in a quiet, wooded setting, close to a private forest (hunting grounds, no walking allowed), very relaxing setting. The gîte has a private, enclosed area, easily accessible via the A10, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its castles, golf practice on several courses. First floor: entrance, large dining room with sitting room, fireplace, small study, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140), wc, shower room. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140, 2 x 90), mezzanine, bathroom, wc. Table tennis and bicycles.
Compulsory cleaning charged at €50 for professional rentals (invoiced every 15 days).
From October to April, compulsory heating according to consumption (meter reading on arrival and departure).
Deposit 450€ (except if rented for more than 2 weeks, deposit 700€).
