Beautiful, fully renovated T4 apartment on 3rd floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence. The apartment is spacious and bright, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
This 2-star-rated T4 apartment offers comfortable, modern living space. It has three bedrooms, ideal for up to 6 people. Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed and storage space.

The first bedroom has a 140cm bed next to the living room and a large balcony, the second bedroom has 2 small 90cm mattresses side by side (which can also make a 160cm bed), and the third bedroom has a 160cm bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an Expresso coffee machine with percolator and another filter coffee maker. All the rest of the equipment is equally modern and new, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and features a modern walk-in shower and towel dryer.
The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere that residents like to keep all year round. There is free access to the parking lot, allowing you to park your vehicle in complete peace and quiet.
The apartment is conveniently located, around 1km from the beach by car. It's easy to get to the beach/city center/tourist attractions.
