Magnificent apartment IN THE CENTER OF LA PINEDA. It's ideal for a great family vacation, with all amenities and the beach right on your doorstep. The apartment sleeps 6, has a private garden with swimming pool and a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy family breakfasts to dinners with a good wine. Ideally located, it's the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation. The apartment is part of the ROBLE II residential complex with private garden, community pool, close to the beach (1 minute walk), Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and bus stop (150 meters).
The apartment is 70 mt and comprises:
-1 bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe (sleeps 2)
-1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed plus 1 pull-out bed, with closet (3 people)
- Living room with double sofa bed, air-conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room, access to a large terrace where you can eat and relax.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.
- Private communal garden with swimming pool and wooden benches.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Internet/wifi optional.

The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic delights and a [hidden] Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. So adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.
House rules:
1º We are available to answer any questions you may have, so that you can have a pleasant stay.
2º The apartment is rented with bed linen, towels are optional for a fee (4 € pax).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 11:00 to 20:00) at other times, keys will be collected from a code safe in our office in Salou.
Check-in time: from 4:30 pm (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise he/she can check in from 11:00 am).
Check-out time: no later than 11 a.m.
4º When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it; the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7° Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8e. Wi-Fi is optional at an additional cost (€5 per day).
