CAMBO, C218 : in a recent residence, 20 minutes' walk from the town center and thermal baths, comfortable, quiet T2 apartment comprising a main room with semi-open fitted kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, hob, washing machine...), living/dining room with 1 sofa, TV, dining area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 WC. Terrace with small garden. 1 private parking space.
Pets allowed - Internet access - Smoking on terrace.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (fee payable to agency).
The rental must be left clean (cleaning service available for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
