Beautiful 150 m2 Provencal house in the heart of the Luberon regional park, 5 km from the village of Rousbien, fitted out with all interior comforts for 6 people. Private swimming pool (10 x 5, fully tiled, depth 1.00 to 2.80 m, protected by alarm and fence, tennis court on site. 2 parking spaces. No parties. WIFI 4 G
The rental comprises a large living room with 1 x 130 cm flat-screen TV, a bar area with sink and fridge, and crockery for aperitifs. A large dining room with a library and numerous games. The kitchen with a new gas stove, plenty of storage space and crockery for all, dishes for cooking. 2 fridges with freezer compartment, a bathroom, a 7 kg washing machine, 1 WC. One bedroom with 160 cm bed
There's a patio leading to the other 2 bedrooms and a second living room with 90 cm TV, giving you a bit of privacy, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a terrace and the other bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 WC, a shower room overlooking the garden.
A large shaded terrace with garden furniture, set in grounds of approx. 4000m2.
Our deckchairs are made of wrought iron, they don't have cushions for hygiene reasons, especially since Covid19, but you can put your bath sheets on them.
