In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 46 m² apartment with a superb view of the port can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room opening onto a sea view, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with bathtub).
