Welcome to the city and beach apartment la orquídea! This beautiful location is on the first line of the beach, right next to the Broadway promenade (Paseo Maritimo) and the center of Marbella.
The 3-bedroom apartment features an open-plan kitchen/living room with dining area for 6. Bedrooms with fitted closets and one of them with en suite bathroom and a small terrace at the back overlooking the city and its mountains, and Marbella's main street called Avenue De Ramón Y Cajal. The neighborhood boasts several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, stores, ice cream parlors, beauty salons and the old town (casco antiguo), all within walking distance. This property is fully equipped for your vacation, featuring a large roof with beautiful views, a swimming pool and a restaurant for lunch and dinner. There's also a supermarket, car rental, liquor store and bazaar in the building open every day of the week, all year round. Right at the entrance to the building, there's a bus stop with local transport and buses to neighboring towns, such as Fuengirola, Malaga, etc. Parking is available just a few minutes from the building.
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 25 or over and acceptance of all house rules. This property is a well-maintained complex of good standard and perfect for those who want to come and enjoy the surrounding area. It is a beautiful place where all guests must respect the neighbors and neighboring houses.
Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
