DESCRIPTION
The gîte comprises a ground-floor entrance with a sitting area and games room (table soccer).
The rest of the gîte is on the second floor, accessible via a staircase.
A corridor leads to the first bedroom, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the 2 bedrooms at the far end.
Each bedroom has its own TV and en-suite shower room.
The two bedrooms at the far end each have their own private WC, and the third bedroom has its own WC outside the bedroom.
The living room has a board games area and a guitar.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the outdoors:
- a shaded lounge seating 8 on the lawn
- a pétanque court
- a pool and deckchairs, accessible only through a door and under the responsibility of parents
- a private terrace with table, 6 chairs and parasol
