It is a very spacious and bright apartment of approximately 100m2 which offers a pleasant view of the inlet of the sea via the large terrace on one side and on the dunes via the balcony on the other side.
It is located in TORREIRA, a small corner of paradise called "the little Venice" of Portugal where you can spend pleasant holidays with family or friends.
You can do everything on foot because it is close to cafes, restaurants at affordable prices, pharmacy, cashpoints or multibank, supermarket and of course the beach located 10min walk away.
You can also visit the surroundings because we are close to all amenities trains, taxi, bike rental, etc. and we are 55 km south of Porto and 40 km from AVEIRO.
The apartment is in a quiet environment where you can park on the street.
It is located on the 2nd floor and it is composed of:
- 3 large bedrooms with queen size bed each and with wardrobes for your belongings. One has direct access to the terrace and another to the balcony;
- 2 bathrooms each with toilets and bidets. One bathroom with a shower and the other with a tub/shower;
- 1 functional kitchen with storage units, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. It gives direct access to the balcony;
- 1 room for ironing linen with ironing board and iron included;
- 1 dining room with a large table with 8 chairs and a comfortable living room giving direct access to the large terrace.
This apartment can accommodate 6 people and if necessary, we can provide you with a cot and a baby crib.
