The outside of the house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a dip in the private chlorine pool after a day's excursions around the island. The pool is elevated and measures 5m x 2.5m with a continuous depth of 1.40m. You can also cool off in the outdoor shower and then prepare a delicious barbecue in the outdoor kitchen area or relax with a drink on the terrace of the house. The property is located within the village and there are neighbours nearby.
The beautiful three-storey house has a traditional style and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV with satellite channels and DVD; another dining room with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains; the kitchen, which has a gas cooker; two bedrooms with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you will find another living room with air conditioning; two bedrooms with double beds; and a bathroom with a bathtub. The -1 floor is at the level of the backyard and garden and offers a games' room with table football, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a toilet. The property is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Maria de la Salut is located in the peaceful area of Pla de Mallorca, a perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. It is advisable to have a car, especially to visit the stunning beaches that the island has to offer. The beach of Can Picafort and the beach of Muro are approximately 15 km away. On Wednesdays, you can also enjoy the oldest and most traditional market on the island, located in Sineu. If you decide to visit us in spring, you will be delighted by the lush landscape, full of flowers and shades of green. Discover the numerous routes and trails that invite you to explore this natural beauty by bike. In the village you will find a variety of restaurants, grocery shops and everything you need to enjoy an independent and comfortable stay.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
