In Seignosse le Penon, fully renovated T2 apartment, at the foot of the Landes dunes and shops, ideal for vacations on foot. It comprises a bright, spacious living room with sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with double bed (140cm). You'll also find a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, small electric oven...) and a shower room.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price and are €20/person.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price (except July/August) and costs €100.
To be paid before your arrival: accommodation deposit only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist tax by credit card.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...For practicality, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
