La Mantinera vacation village enjoys a privileged location, surrounded by natural coves and crystal-clear waters, opposite the famous island of Dino. Praia a Mare, the nearest town, is just 2.5 km away. It's the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, pleasure and contact with nature. The establishment, run with passion and professionalism since the early 1970s, offers its guests quality services and accommodation solutions to satisfy every need.
THE RESIDENCE
The trilo 4/5 apartments, ideal for large families or groups of friends, are all equipped with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning in the living area. The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with separate beds. The entrance to the residence includes a furnished corner with sofa and armchairs for relaxing moments surrounded by greenery along La Mantinera's tree-lined avenues.
Accommodation rates do not include daily cleaning or the supply of household linen; the latter is the responsibility of the customer, with the possibility of renting it on site at a cost of 12.00 euros per change and per person. The linen package includes: sheets, pillowcases and a bathroom linen kit with bidet, towel and bath towel.
VILLAGE SERVICES
Amenities include a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool, hydromassage area, equipped solarium, bar and showers, 2 lounge bars, one of which is on the beach (the beach bar). Minimarket with rotisserie and daily fresh fruit and vegetables; bazaar, hairdresser, tobacconist, jeweller. Fenced-in area for dogs (read the rules for 4-legged friends).
The Village Pizzeria with wood-fired oven, open every evening, offers a wide choice of pizzas and delicacies. We recommend reserving a table at the Pizzeria by contacting the Village reception desk (the Pizzeria is also open to the public).

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment team discreetly and enticingly offers a wide range of daily activities for young and old, such as sports tournaments, group dances, team games, evening shows, cabaret and disco entertainment, so you'll never be bored. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, volleyball, five-a-side soccer, tennis, basketball and snorkelling. The brand-new padel court can be booked on request. Outside the hotel, by special arrangement, you can go rafting, canyoning, trekking, paragliding, quad biking and diving.

From August 5 to August 26, it is forbidden to bring animals into the village.
Outside this period, a supplement of €49.00 is charged for the presence of animals and disinfection of the apartment and hotel room.
Only one pet is allowed per accommodation. The village has a fenced-in area for pets, dedicated to the play and entertainment of our furry friends. The area is equipped with containers for the collection of dog faeces.
Pets are not allowed on the beach , on the train/shuttle to and from the beach , at the pool , at the pizzeria and in all enclosed areas (bar , stores , restaurant , supermarket , etc . ) .

Until June 15 and from September 1, the campsite rate includes use of sports facilities (except Padel), beach service with parasol, deckchair and bottle of water. It also includes beach service with umbrella, deckchair and sunbed (subject to availability by management) and participation in all entertainment activities.
From June 15 to September 1, use of the swimming pool and beach is subject to an additional charge (entrance ticket to be purchased at reception).
Beach service, parasol with deckchair and sunbed. The beach umbrella is allocated by the management. It is possible to reserve the first rows according to availability; 1st row € 62.00 - 2nd row € 57.00 - 3rd or 4th row € 37.00; the supplement is calculated per week and per parasol.
Club card: payable from July 08 to August 27 at a weekly cost of € 52.00 for adults and € 27.00 for children aged 4 to 12.
It includes 2 hours' use of canoes or sup, 3 hours' tennis, 2 snorkeling outings, use of the swimming pool, volleyball/basketball courts, participation in group dance classes, tennis and all activities organized by the entertainment team.
It also includes a shuttle service to and from the beach, and the use of a beach umbrella, deckchair and sunbed. The beach umbrella is allocated by the management.
The children's card does not include beach service and snorkeling trips, but does entitle the holder to group sailing lessons on Optimist boats (6-12 years).
