Completely renovated house located in the center of La Tranche sur mer, close to shops and in a quiet area. It comprises a living room with flat-screen TV, an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto the enclosed courtyard, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bright bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), plus a shower room with toilet. Adjoining garage (equipped with washing machine and stove) can easily accommodate bicycles, with a large bay window overlooking the courtyard equipped with garden furniture, electric barbecue, sunshade and beach umbrella. Parking available in front of the house. All on foot! Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. This accommodation has 1 Clévacances label and is rated 2 stars.
