Housed in an old stone barn, come and join us at the "refuge", a gîte adjoining a second gîte. All the ingredients have been brought together to create unforgettable vacation memories: a play area for all the children (slide, swing,...), a shared above-ground swimming pool (unheated indoor pool), a ping-pong table, a secure pond, hiking trails starting from the gîte. The owners, who live in the adjoining house, can advise you on visits and walks. Admire the surrounding countryside from the terrace: valleys, flora and fauna, a guaranteed escape. You may also have the opportunity to share convivial moments in the company of other travelers. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen with central island, opening onto a bright, spacious living room, sitting room with wood-burning stove, separate toilet with washbasin, laundry room. The extension includes 2 bedrooms for 2 people and a shower room (shower and toilet). Access is by French window only.
First floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 people. From the middle landing of the staircase, a surprise will delight your children: A CABIN with 1 window, 9 m2, 1.35m high, fitted with 3 beds (90 x 190 cm). 2 bathrooms (shower, electric towel dryer), one with toilet and separate toilet.
Wood-fired central heating.
Maximum capacity 13 people.
