Just a stone's throw from the ocean, 120 meters from the beach, the house enjoys a unique location in Biscarrosse Plage. Ideal for a weekend or more with family or friends to take surfing lessons or walk on the sand during sunset. It comprises an entrance hall, a beautiful living room with a large bright living room thanks to bay windows with WIFI, giving access to a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals or cocktails. A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (oven, toaster, coffeemaker, etc.). Separate toilet for added comfort. Upstairs, three bedrooms with storage space (140cm bed + 90cm bunk bed + two 90cm beds). Bathroom with hairdryer. A parking space is also available. You'll be able to park when you arrive, and if you wish, you can walk or cycle to everything during your stay, perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other privileged places in our region.
