Small house of approx. 39m², 650 m from the beach, with enclosed garden. Located in a very quiet condominium, the maisonette comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a cupboard, a shower room with washbasin and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The bay window opens onto an 8 m² veranda which opens onto the terrace and small garden. Labelled 1 clé Clévacances. A small parking space is available in the garage located 30m from the house.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
Additional services on request: rental of sheets, towels and baby equipment. 4G wifi box rental available: €40/week.
