The first 2 bedrooms have large 160x200 beds, one has two single beds side by side and the third has a single bed.
The apartment is equipped with TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a raclette/pierrade machine...
The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower and WC.
A second bathroom with separate WC is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Parking is available in nearby streets (charged during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays). 3 bike spaces are available in the inner courtyard, closed by a door.

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
