The apartment: This comfortable studio-cabin apartment sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children or young teens). (Reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet).
Located on the 2nd floor of 3, without elevator, in a secure residence, it sleeps 3 (4 maximum) for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park at the foot of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros extra* * Pre-registered, non-debitable deposit of 300 euros with 5.96 euros registration fee*.
Main room:
The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...Take time to discover the different vineyards whose specialty is: Le vin des sables bio and Pics St Loup!
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 65x65 square pillows, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.

Cabin side: 2 90cm bunk beds, 65x65cm square pillows, comforter, for children and teenagers.
Bathroom with washbasin and separate toilet.
Location: Ideally located on the Quai d'honneur in Port Camargue, close to the North beach with its bay overlooking Grande Motte, 600 m from the shops of the Camargue 2000 shopping center, at the foot of the residence restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and the lively North Beach district opposite. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the promenade on Quai d'Honneur and Quai Lapérouse, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waterways.

Access: At your convenience, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the apartment door. You'll have the whole apartment at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
