This 9-person house has a shared swimming pool and a secure private pond.
On the first floor, there's a living room with a kitchen, a lounge (sofas, TV, internet) and a dining room. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC with washbasin. The house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with private shower room, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200cm. Separate WC with washbasin. From the living room you can access the garden, which features a table, chairs and barbecue in the shade of the lime tree. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75X4.25, depth 1.20m, chlorine, entry by steps, secured by a fence) is open from May 15 to the end of September. (heated pool).
On-site parking. Cleaning at end of stay 100€. Bed linen is included, but towels and pool towels are not. The house benefits from a quiet location: "1 hectare" in a carefully tended garden where no-kill fishing for Gardons is possible. The various local markets will enable you to discover the fine foods of the Dordogne. Once you've settled in, you'll be keen to explore this magnificent region.
You're just 13 minutes from the town of Brantôme, known as the Venice of Périgord, and 17 km from Périgueux, which boasts Gallo-Roman remains and a magnificent medieval old town. Nearby, you can discover the castles of Bourdeilles and Mareuil, the Villars cave, the pretty village of Saint-Jean de Côle, the truffle eco-museum, the Savignac cabins... Activities: canoeing on the Dronne, accrobranche and educational farm. 1 h from Bergerac, Montignac (Lascaux 4) or Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.
