This pretty detached house is surrounded by an enclosed courtyard. You'll enter into a large living room with a dining area, a comfortable sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove, wifi; and a fully-equipped open kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, and one with a 160x190 double bed. There's also a shower room and separate toilet, as well as a washing machine. In the courtyard, you'll find a gas barbecue/plancha, a lounge and garden furniture with parasol. There's also a small fish pond in the courtyard. Ping-pong table, basketball hoop and boules available. Linen included, sheets included, towels included, end-of-stay cleaning included, electricity included. Heating 10€/day. Stere of wood 30€/stère. In a quiet country setting, the gîte is just 1 km from the Tourtoirac caves and 8 km from Château de Hautefort (gardens and medical museum). Nearby, you can also discover the ancient forges of Savignac-Lédrier, the truffle eco-museum in Sorges, the dry-stone hut trail in Savignac-les-églises... In terms of activities, you'll be close to the Rouffiac leisure center (swimming, pedalos, electric boats, waterski lift, accrobranche...), the Périgord Vert velorail at Corgnac sur l'Isle and the Auvézère gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking). There's also a great Terra Aventura (geocaching) trail in the village! The owner will be delighted to show you around his horse, cows and sheep.
